Partners in Relocation will explain to you the Dutch home market, the role of the real estate agent and provide information about public housing and how to become eligible. Depending on the length of stay in the Netherlands we explain the benefits of purchasing versus renting a home.

Partners in Relocation will request copies of the rental contract in English. If this is unavailable we will translate the Dutch original or ask the Dutch Real Estate Agents Association (NVM) for a standard contract in English.

Upon acceptance of the home we join the client for the technical inspection of the house. We follow up with the real estate agent's technical department on any required house repairs.

Based on the client's instructions we will apply for gas, water, electricity, cable TV, telephone and internet connections.
